About Gerry Fallon
He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator, holds a BA Hons in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, an MSc in Human Resource Strategies from Dublin City University and a post graduate Diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from Trinity College Dublin.
Gerry is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Since commencing his career as a workplace representative, he has held HR management and senior management roles for over 20 years. During this time he has led out on significant human resources strategic, operational and change initiatives.
Gerry has an active interest in employee relations, and believes that the outcome of any turbulent periods should be on a win/win basis. This is an approach which leads to better and more sustainable results through the fostering of better relationships.
